The game revolves around Mae Barrons, an Extreme Exorcist with supernatural skills who is called upon to rid a haunted house of its ghostly presence. The game features 10 eerie areas of the haunted house, each with its own hellish hazard, and as you progress, the game becomes more extreme.

One of the unique features of Extreme Exorcism is the deadly arsenal of ghost-busting weapons that Mae comes armed with, from rocket launchers to razor-sharp boomerangs.
